I Say Organic Store

I say organic is a social enterprise which envisions a world in which ORGANIC is the norm. The design of the Pilot store was done keeping in mind the companys ideologies and beliefs. Situated in the heart of the city, Select City Walk mall, New Delhi is a stop for every passerby. Our challenge started with designing a store which would need to break away from the image of a conventional mall shop to a store that aimed at radiating a feeling of being organic.

The store comprises of an open kitchen, which is surrounded by displays and seating in front. The warmth of I say organic is created through its clean light wood shelves which are neatly filled with produce and beautiful hanging plants from the ceiling and walls. Each display has been designed as a picture frame which encases the produce as pieces of art. The grey textured walls subdue the effect of the overall use of wood and give it a contemporary form. The lighting accentuates the fresh, organic quality of the produce and gives it an earthy, natural look.
